NOVO Ensemble is a flute (Laura Vanek), cello (Marina Hasselberg) and piano (Scott Meek) ensemble dedicated to the promotion of contemporary music in Vancouver and the lower mainland.
Specialized in contemporary chamber and solo music, the ensemble performs new works from around the world with a special emphasis on Canadian music. We aim for unique programming with a mix of contemporary and classical repertoire. Our performances are interactive, allowing audiences to better connect with the music and musicians in an intimate environment.
