Janet shares new ways to add lemony goodness to your cooking with a few ideas to keep in your pantry to use throughout the year: preserved lemons; luscious lemon curd, and lemon olive oil, with suggestions for how to use each.

This is a hands-on cooking class with a vegetarian menu. Snacks will be served, and students will enjoy a sample of each recipe, including a jar of one of the recipes made in class to take home.
