Sushi can be fun finger food or elegant appetizers. Learn how to choose the best fish along with techniques for making hand rolls and maki sushi rolls. We'll make a spicy California roll with avocado; a smoked-salmon hand roll with pickled red onions and a seasonal veggie roll. You'll eat what you roll, so come prepared to have a great time.
Instructor: Dionisio Esperas
This is a hands-on cooking class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
