Promote healthy circulation and take care of your heart with our delicious heart-healthy menu. We'll discuss why anti-inflammatory foods are key while preparing blood orange and fennel salad; romanesco with tahini and herbs; fava beans with red onion and mint, wild salmon with forbidden rice, and hazelnut oat cookies.

This is a demonstration-style cooking class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
No refunds or exchanges with less than 48 hours notice. Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 29th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
