Bone broth is an ancient nourishing food that has found renewed popularity among health enthusiasts. In this class, we'll walk you through making a simple bone broth, discuss its many benefits from affecting digestion to mood, and share additional recipes for this healing food.

This is a lecture-style wellness class, with snacks and samples of broth.

No refunds or exchanges with less than 48 hours notice.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
