Get Women Cycling Fitness for Cyclist Series
Join us for a 5 week fitness series designed for the everyday cyclists. Fitness for Cyclists begins with an indoor group ride to measure our output and review form. The next 3 weeks we will participate in fitness exercises specifically designed for cyclists to strengthen our core, glutes and build endurance. The series concludes with the same group ride we completed at the start of the series to record our improvements over its course.
Better shifting, pedal stroke, strength and endurance. Tailored to meet your individual ride and fitness level. No ride and exercise experience needed. Fun, supportive, non-competitive group.
This event is for women, female identifying, & non-gender conforming individuals only.
Saturdays | Weekly Schedule:
Oct. 8: 11:30a-12:30a Meet at Ride Brooklyn for group CompuTraining. Bring your own bicycle or rent one from the shop for this group ride.

Oct. 15, 22, 29: 9:00a-10:00a Meet at CrossFit 1939 studio for group exercise designed specifically for cyclist and general body conditioning. Small group with personal trainer. Outdoor boutique gym.

Nov. 5: 11:30a-12:30a Meet at Ride Brooklyn for group CompuTraining. Bring your own bicycle or rent one from the shop for this group ride.
