About:
Seattle Rock Orchestra Social Club (SROSC) is a volunteer community orchestra created to help meet the demand for more fun performance opportunities for Seattle's thriving culture of adult amateur orchestral musicians. SROSC aims to embody the same energetic spirit as all Seattle Rock Orchestra ensembles, while creating even more space for a socially-oriented experience for participating musicians. SROSC will present its second full length season at Fremont Abbey Arts Center.

Seattle Rock Orchestra Quintet (SROQ) made its debut in 2014, accompanying Icelandic artists Sin Fang, Junius Meyvant, and Soley at KEXP's annual Rekjavik Calling show at Neumo's, and on-air and online via KEXP. As SRO's elite chamber ensemble, SROQ performs in clubs and intimate venues.

SRO's Mission
Seattle Rock Orchestra is an organization dedicated to creating performances that are spectacular, fun, educational and of exceptional quality. SRO celebrates and perpetuates the orchestral tradition while exploring the rich history of rick and pop music; presents new works by local and emerging artists; engages in collaborations across genres and artistic disciplines; and offers exciting educational and community programs for youth and adults.
