Veggie Harvest Feast
Please join us for our upcoming cooking class, "Veggie Harvest Feast" to be held in our brand new cooking school in the heart of the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. In this unique cooking class we will be sharing a selection of our favorite recipes for the harvest season. Inspired by the cornucopia of fruits and vegetables available to us at this time of year, we will be sharing a menu that reflects the bounty of autumn and the yummy creations you can make from it. We will cover how to prep and stuff beautiful winter squash, new techniques for working with mushrooms, and the perfect vegan potatoes au gratin. As always, our classes are 100% vegan, mostly organic, and naturally gluten and soy free. Class is demonstration based, and includes handmade recipe cards, samples of all dishes prepared, and a chance to meet and mingle with our wonderful veg loving community.
