The human body is linked to the seasonal cycles found in nature. Being mindful of what and how we eat during the seasons plays a pivotal role in the strength of our digestion and immunity, which can help us feel vibrant and energized. This course will discuss these concepts in relation to Chinese Medicine, as well as basic yin yang theory and specific foods to be consumed during the fall season.
