Thanksgiving is a time to come together in the spirit of gratitude. Emily will show you how to make a plant-based celebratory meal full of traditional flavors: beet and arugula salad with cranberry-pomegranate dressing; herbed lentil-walnut croquettes with wild mushroom gravy; stuffed delicata squash, and cran-apple pie with oat-nut crust.
Instructor: Emily Honeycutt
This is a demonstration class with a vegan and gluten-free menu. It also is soy-free and oil-free. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
