About Band of Lovers: Its a golden road trip, Kate Bee wrote of the debut album from Band of Lovers. Her words also reflect the bands lifestyle- born on the road in the fall of 2013 and living and touring full-time in their self-converted 1997 Dodge van, the music they write strongly reflects their way of life. With a modern take on folk sound and pop structure, their songs draw inspiration from the stories and landscapes of North America. Few songs are sweeter than Tennessee says Christian Carvajal of the single off of the bands full-length independent release the Coast (Feb. 2015). The album has sold over a thousand copies and debuted on local and public radio stations around the country, including NPR affiliates HPPR, KUWR, KXCI, and WRUR. http://bandoflovers.net/
The W Lovers: Started with the meeting of two songwriters from different parts of the globe. They fell in love and are making waves, with their own special brand of Americana, Alt- Country songs.2014 saw Fleur and Wesley Wood make their mark on the live music scene, with over 100 shows in their first year onstage together.
Their musical influences are diverse, ranging from Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson to The Grateful Dead and The Beatles. Their songs are about love, road trips, moonshine, old towns and rodeos.
About Debbie Miller: Seattle-based singer/songwriter Debbie Miller will tug at your heart, cause you to giggle, and make you think twice about crossing her sometimes all during the same song. Blending humor with heart-wrenching honesty, Millers refreshing brand of unique lyrics and playful melodies capture and delight audiences from coast to coast. With song topics ranging from love to bathroom graffiti, Millers music oscillates flawlessly between folk-ish tunes on guitar and pounding numbers on the piano.
With quirky lyrics that teeter between honesty, seriousness and silliness, Miller has developed a reputation for her unique live shows, which are sometimes highlighted by her propensity for error. These Debbie Do-overs have become fan favorites. I think its because people respond to authenticity and honesty in art and performance, she said. In order to capture the essence and raw nature of these performances, Miller embarked on recording a live album in the spring of 2015. The project was funded successfully by her fans and supporters via Kickstarter.
Miller's latest album LIVE in an Empty Sea is available now on iTunes, Bandcamp, Amazon, Spotify, and more. http://www.thedebbiemiller.com/
