Garden and art activities can help children manage their big feelings and fears. In this class adults will learn how to teach children that the garden is a safe and welcoming place where they can leave their stress behind. You'll learn to share resiliency skills, stress management skills, and self-soothing techniques that empower children and help them express themselves. You will leave with practical ideas that can help children ages 4 through 17.
Recommended for teachers and parents (adults only). No art or garden experience is necessary!
