We are in the heart of hiking, camping, and adventuring season, so empower yourself to handle non-emergency first aid situations using plants! We will discuss plants that can be used to address minor injuries and illnesses, learn to create home and travel first aid kits, and identify first aid plants you may find in the wilderness. We will make herbal preparations in class to get you started on your own kit.
