Fifty-five years ago Caffe Lena proprietor Bill Spencer stepped to the mic and graciously declared about that evening's guest: "You may not understand what this kid is saying, and you may not care, but if you don't shut up and listen you'll be stupid all the rest of your lives!" Indeed, that kid became one of the most influential songwriters of all time and this month he's turning 75. This evening's concert will be a multi-artist celebration of the words and music of the folk world's favorite son, Bob Dylan. We feature Saratoga jazz & pop ensemble Ria Curley & Chuck Lamb, Albany solo-rocker Bryan Thomas, folk singer-songwriters Olivia Quillio and Tor Loney, and your song-making host Michael Eck.
