This special co-bill tour unites two award-winning singer-songwriters for an unforgettable evening of songs. This will not be your run of the mill concert! Great friends and collaborators, Terry and Gardner will trade songs, sing duets and back each other up throughout the evening. Commemorative tour posters will celebrate this unique, limited set of shows. Listeners will be sure to head home with full hearts and wide smiles across their faces.
Abbie Gardner, the fiery Dobro player with an infectious smile has been touring with Americana darlings Red Molly for the past eleven years; Jesse Terry, the powerful and acclaimed musical storyteller, has graced stages from Philadelphia Folk Festival to Bonnaroo. Together, they have opened and toured with the likes of Willie Nelson, Paula Cole, Tom Rush and Darrell Scott. Along the way, they have sold out legendary venues, concert series and theaters all over the US and across the globe.
Terry's deep-hearted ballads reflect an amalgam of influences, from Nashville to Laurel Canyon. His melodic and lyrically-driven Americana fits easily alongside Josh Ritter, Jackson Browne, Ryan Adams and Neil Young
In addition to her fine singing and fretboard magic, Gardner's songs have won the John Lennon Songwriting Contest and American Songwriter Magazine Grand Prize.
