Headaches, skin breakouts, sleep disturbances and a weakened immune system are only a few of the signs associated with unaddressed long term anxiety. For thousands of years, essential oils have been used to signal our brain to produce the hormones we need in order to relax and ward off stress. In this experiential class we will learn which oils specifically relieve tension and restore a greater sense of balance and ease in the body. Students will leave with a renewed sense of calm and a sample of a stress-relieving oil blend.
