An active lifestyle requires proper fueling for mind and body! Join us as we take participants through a short circuit style workout brought to you by Fitness Rangers, a local gym in East Sacramento. Then we will discuss proper pre- and post-workout nutrition to support all the hard work you invest in movement. Additional topics will include: best protein sources (animal and plant); healthy fats as fuel; clean-burning carbohydrates; hormone balance for longevity; true hydration and electrolyte intake; supplementation needs, and anti-inflammation protocols.
