Fermented foods are rich in probiotics, enzymes, vitamins and minerals that can help aid digestion and boost your immune system. In this class you will learn how to harness the power of fermentation for better health. We will sample a variety of fermented foods and beverages - sauerkraut, yogurt, kefir and kombucha, and discuss the health benefits of incorporating more of these foods into our diets.
