9am – 1pm each day Children aged 9-14 join us each day to create a meal, from scratch, using fresh organic produce and quality ingredients available at the Co-op. Each days menu is inspired by a different culture and cuisine. Students learn knife skills, kitchen math, teamwork and how to read a recipe creating dishes they can replicate at home. Each day includes a Fitness Break to help make fitness fun.
