Good fats, bad fats, trans fats, omegas...fats come in many guises, and some of them are necessary for good health - especially for endurance athletes. Join us and learn about healthy fats and their benefit in total body wellness. We will discuss which dietary fats are best to eat, which are best to avoid and how they are broken down in the body. Our menu will include some of the good fats: homemade avocado oil mayo; arugula and strawberry salad with candied walnuts; poached salmon with fresh dill mayo; asparagus with shallot champagne vinaigrette, and no-bake dark chocolate covered coconut bars.
