Mother and daughter team Jane and Terese hail from the Emilia Romagna region of Italy. Tonight they share their family recipe and secrets to creating a classic dish from the region - lasagne Bolognese. Learn old-world techniques as they prepare the dish from scratch, including handmade spinach pasta, rich meat sauce and a decadent béchamel.
