Learn how to make wild yeasted bagels and herbed cream cheese spread. Students will build a wild yeasted bagel dough featuring whole grains. We will go over weighing, shaping and poaching dough in different liquids to create the perfect bagel. We'll use a variety of toppings before baking off our bagels to enjoy in class. Rose will also go over how you can use your dough to make bialys and Jammy Dodgers. Students will go home with dough to practice their new skills!
Bring a 4-quart container or they will be available for purchase in class.
