The Perfect Brunch; Essential Recipes to Make at Home on EASTER SUNDAY
Please join us for our next cooking class, "The Perfect Vegan Brunch" to be held in our newest class outpost, a beautiful kitchen in Ballard! In this one of a kind cooking class we will be sharing four original recipes that will transform your brunch and breakfast routine. We will cover both sweet and savory; egg-less frittatas, fluffy biscuits and flavorful gravy, crispy Canary Island potatoes (better than home fries), our well-loved shiitake mushroom bacon, and cinnamon bun muffins. If you love breakfast and brunch and you've been struggling with eating beyond avocado toast and oatmeal, you must join us for this revelatory class. As always, our classes are 100% vegan, mostly organic, and naturally gluten and soy free. Class is demonstration based, and includes complimentary beverages, handmade recipe cards, samples of all dishes prepared, and a chance to meet and mingle with our wonderful veg loving community.
