THEM COULEE BOYS + BLACK RIVER REVUE
THEM COULEE BOYS:

Allegedly founded at a summer camp, Them Coulee Boys have come a long way since then. Born in the back valleys of Western Wisconsin, Them Coulee Boys craft a brand of Americana that blends punk, bluegrass, and rock & roll.

What's left is music that feels like a conversation, all while knowing just how diverse a conversation can be. A love letter or a farewell fight. A drunken confession or a sober realization. A fist raised in protest, or a hand held in harmony. Them Coulee Boys want you to find your voice in their music, and sing along.

Guitar, banjo, mandolin, bass, and a lone kick drum provide the pulse that drives the music Them Coulee Boys make. 4-part harmonies learned in dive bars and church basements alike provide a back drop for lyrics that make it "impossible not to bob your head, shake your legs, or even strum your fingers along with the beat" (The Spectator). Never the ones to stand still, Them Coulee Boys are tirelessly touring and working on their second record, due summer 2016.

"[Them Coulee Boys] are prolific, caring, and a fiercely good time on stage and off." - Volume One Magazine

BLACK RIVER REVUE:

Black River Revue are a group of friends from Superior, Wisconsin and Duluth, Minnesota who share a love for all different genres of music. Using a bluegrass instrumentation they have crafted their own sound made up of mostly original music which can be heard on their debut album "Garbage Pickin" (released in April of 2013). Black River Revue's sophomore album "Spring Thaw" (released June 2014) adds another year of songwriting and live performance experience as well a new band member. With their sights held on the future they continue to grow their catalog of original tunes for new albums and will keep putting their twist on classic traditional songs and cover tunes that we all love.
