Celebrating Our Legacy
Red Clay Dance Company presents an evening of high energy and entertaining dance works that celebrate the legacy and heritage of African-American culture through dance. Three new works will premiere on the program by three emerging choreographers of color including Tosha Ayo Alston, Jasmine Collins, Amansu Eason and Artistic Director of Red Clay Dance Co., Ms. Vershawn Sanders. In their 2nd home season, both the Red Clay Dance touring company and Red Clay Dance Youth Ensemble bring energy and enlightenment to the stage through new works and repertory pieces.
