The Master Builder
Written in 1892, Henrik Ibsen's "The Master Builder" is a play about hubris, inspiration and the trolls inside us. Drawing on Norwegian mythology, Ibsen weaves a subtle and challenging modern fairy tale. The title character, Halvard Solness, is a small-town builder who dominates those around him - until a surprising debt-collector comes knocking from the past.
Directed by Matt Urban and translated by Adam Siegel, this production will feature Sean O'Brien as Halvard Solness, with Lisa Halko, Kevin Toole, Jenna Templeton, John McLean, Kate Bellock, and Justin Mancini completing the cast.
