A new program - Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy - is set to be launched by the Colorado Energy Office in January. The CPACE program is an innovative financing program for assisting property owners in completing energy efficiency, renewable energy, and other clean energy building improvements. The Alliance for Sustainable Colorado is teaming up with one of our newest Alliance Center tenants, Microgrid Energy, to help the community understand and utilize the CPACE program.
Event speakers will discuss the development of the CPACE program, program rules and eligibility criteria, key stakeholders, financing details, and case studies. The content of the event is targeted at property developers, architects, energy contractors, engineering firms, and others involved in energy saving projects for new and existing buildings. Join us January 27th from 6:30-8:30pm!
