The Owner

The feature is a a collaborative of 25 filmmakers from 13 countries - including South Africa, China, Lebanon, Brazil, Colombia, the US and several European Countries - each of the 25 filmmakers wrote, directed and produced a scene from the film. The film, The Owner, follows an ordinary backpack on a journey around the world. The bag is passed from character to character, country to country, on its way back to its ownera man whose identity is the central mystery of the film.

On May 25, 2012, "The Owner" will premiere around the world in a series of theatrical screenings hosted by the filmmakers. Screening details have been announced for Bangalore, Berlin, Detroit, Dubai, Dublin, Mumbai, Newcastle and San Paulo.
