Anais is a fearless artist whose songwriting has drawn in the likes of Greg Brown, Ani DiFranco (who signed her to her record label, Righteous Babe Records), Bon Iver, The Low Anthem, Richard Thompson and more.
Her haunting voice, her incredible writing and her willingness to follow her own lead have made her an inspiration to a new generation of writers already.
Hailing from Vermont and described as "the Queen of Folk" by The Telegraph, Anais Mitchell's albums have received "Best Of" ranking from NPR, the Guardian, Sunday Times, and earned a 2014 BBC Radio Folk Award for Best Traditional Song.
