Don Reed is the opening act/warm-up comedian for Jay Leno on The Tonight Show (with Jay Leno).
Don Reed is the writer/director/playwright of EAST 14TH one of the longest running solo shows in Bay Area History.
He is a multi-talented comedian, described as a comedic molotov-cocktail of characters, sound fx, impersonations and hilarious improvisation.
He's been featured in many things. He has performed, written and directed for film, television and theatre. His work on a Robert Townsend HBO Special (Partners in Crime) of up-and-coming comedians years ago caught the attention of the right people and led to many recurring and guest starring roles on television and screen (Cosby Show, A Different World, Hollywood Shuffle, Fear of a Black Hat).
