Fatherhood Collaborative is an advisory council to the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, and works to increase the awareness around the importance of fathers as male role models and their significant impact in the participation in child development and family stability. <BR><BR>The Dads Count Breakfast will present the annual Family Friendly Employers to local businesses and organizations. This year's event features Assemblymember Jerry Hill with keynote speaker Judge Leonard Edwards (ret.). <BR><BR>Judge Edwards will be speaking about the special relationship he and his father shared during the civil rights movement while living in Mississippi in 1964. &nbsp;Judge Edwards currently is a Judge-in-Residence with the Administrative Office of the Courts in San Francisco and has spent over 25 years as a Superior Court Judge in Santa Clara County.
