Diane Roblin et son groupe de 5 musiciens Reconnect se retrouvent sur la scène de l'Alliance française le vendredi 30 octobre pour jouer quelques compositions originales de jazz-funk et rendre hommage à Charles Mingus. Connu comme un des plus grands bassistes de jazz et compositeurs du 20ème siècle, Charles Mingus a passé beaucoup de temps à Paris où il a enregistré en 1970 "Charles Mingus à Paris : la Session de l'Amérique Complète".

Diane Roblin's five piece band Reconnect comes together at Alliance française on Friday, October 30 to play her original jazz funk compositions and also tribute to Charles Mingus - one of the great jazz bassists and composers of the 20th century, by including several of his compositions in their concert set. Charles Mingus spent much time in Paris where in 1970 he recorded "Charles Mingus in Paris: The Complete America Session".
