The Education of Lala Girl A Turn-of-the-Century Mystic, Turning the World Around Fourteen year old Lala turns her whole world around when Lijah James opens 'a window unto God' and together they leap full-force into love and mysticism, riding spirit into (and out of) conflict with their entire Baptist town.
