Head chef at Soho's legendary Quo Vadis, Jeremy Lee talks with other culinary supremos Alastair Little and Rowley Leigh about how Soho became such an extraordinary cluster for cookery excellence. From Marco Pierre White and Alexis Gautier to Mark Hix and the Roux brothers, so many of the country's greats served their time in Soho kitchens or running their own Soho eateries. Soho's history is overflowing with Michelin stars, but why? What is it about this tasty cluster where so many great creative culinary careers begin, develop and blossom?
