Autumn Beer Dinner
Join us on Tuesday November 16th between 5pm-9pm for our first annual Autumn Beer Dinner. Dinner includes 5 beers and 4 food courses. Redstone, Great Divide, and Avery brewing will be on hand to talk about and answer any questions about there beers/mead.

Shipyard Brewing - Smashed Pumpkin - 9% ABV
Roasted Squash Soup
Roasted acorn squash puree with fresh cream and a touch of sherry served with a parmesan crisp and rosemary oil.
Course 3
Great Divide Brewing - Oak Aged Yeti - 9.5% ABV
Steelhead Salad
Sage butter poached steelhead trout with a warm kale cherry tomato horseradish jack salad drizzled with a cocoa balsamic reduction.

Avery Brewing – Rumpkin - 13.2% ABV
Buffalo on Vacation
Rosemary roasted buffalo sirloin with cranberry chili chutney on sweet potato tostones with coconut carrot puddles.

Redstone Meadery - Vanilla Bean and Cinnamon Stick Mead – 12% ABV
Monkey Bread
Maple infused sticky pull a part bread with candied walnuts and apple whiskey anglaise

The Bruery - Autumn Maple
Brewed with 17 lbs. of yams per barrel (in other words, a lot of yams!), this autumn seasonal is a different take on the ÃÂ,Ã,Ã,Âpumpkin beer style. Brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, molasses, and maple syrup, and fermented with our traditional Belgian yeast strain, this bold and spicy beer is perfect on a cold autumn evening.
Great Divide Brewing - Oak Aged Yeti
Crack open Yeti Imperial Stouts sophisticated sibling -- Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout. Although these beers come from the same clan, they have entirely different personalities. Aging on a blend of French and toasted oak chips infuses a subtle oak and vanilla character into Yetis already intense chocolate, roasted coffee malt flavor and hugely assertive hop profile. Who says you cant tame a Yeti? 75 International Bittering Units (IBUs).
Avery Brewing - Rumpkin
Imperial Pumpkin Ale brewed with pumpkin puree and a blend of five spices. Aged in extremely fresh Goslings Rum barrels for six months.
Redstone Meadery - Honey Wine(Mead) with Vanilla Beans and Cinnamon Sticks
Made with Vanilla Beans and Cinnamon Sticks it's a great one for the holidays! A Metheglin style mead made with Honey Base and 2 parts alfalfa honey with 1 part wildflower honey.
Shipyard Brewing - Smashed Pumpkin
Smashed Pumpkin is a big-bodied beer with a light coppery orange color and pleasing aroma of pumpkin and nutmeg. The OG and final Alc./Vol. provide the structure and body. Pale Ale, Wheat and Light Munich Malts combine with the natural tannin in pumpkin and the delicate spiciness of Willamette and Hallertau Hops to balance the sweetness of the fruit.
