JOIN US FOR AN EVENING OF FUN!
Enjoy a four-course beer dinner for $45 / person. Each dish will be paired perfectly with Dogfish Head beers.
Menu for the evening:
First:
House cured pancetta wrapped shrimp paired with 60 minute IPA
Second:
Seared scallop caprese with roma tomato, candied basil, smoked sea salt paired with Namaste, Witbier
Third:
Ale braised lamb shank with chocolate mole, okinawan purple potatoes, roasted fennel paired with Indian Brown Ale
Fourth:
The double malt with malt gelato, malt beer, spicy chorizo paired with Palo Santo Marron, Bown Ale.
