Get on board with Mike 'didahalqid' Evans, skipper of the Blue Heron Canoe, as he shares the story of the resurgence of the North West Native Canoe Culture. Presentation includes video of 2010 Tribal Canoe Journey to Makah. Didahalqid is a living cultural treasure, a teacher of the Lushootseed language, the caretaker the Raven Canoe, and a leader of the Duwamish dance and language heritage group "Singing Feet."
