This playshop shares some of the FUNdamental principles of these beautiful collaborative practices with a playful spirit. Cat Duval runs Nine Lives Yoga and teaches a mix of Sun Moon Partner and Community Yoga, Unity Partner Yoga and as an Acroyoga Jambassador she hosts jams and events wherever there is a calling to share the love of acro.
