Cooking with Nuts and Seeds: Beyond Snacking
Join us for our next cooking class, " Cooking with Nuts and Seeds: Beyond Snacking" when we'll show you how to prepare delicious meals rich in both nutrition and flavor. We'll show you to use nuts and seeds in your cooking to make creamy sauces, satisfying veggie burgers, crispy coated vegetables, and savory "cheeses". We'll discuss how to use nuts and seeds on a regular basis, and will give you numerous tips on including them in your cooking to maximize their nutritional benefits. Rich in healthy fats, plant based protein, fiber and many vitamins and minerals these are ingredients everyone should keep in their cupboard and know how to cook with. As with all of our creations, these dishes are easy to prepare and will use simple plant based ingredients which are beneficial to our health and make tasty additions to our everyday meals. Get all your cooking questions answered, learn how to maximize the nutrition in your food, and take home beautifully crafted recipe cards to add to your cooking collection. As with all of our public group cooking classes, this class will be demonstration based, and is completely vegan, gluten and soy free.

If we must cancel the class due to insufficient sign up you will be notified ahead of time and ticket price will be refunded. If you have any specific food allergies please let us know ahead of time.
