2010 California Residential Code
This full-day course is applicable for all building inspectors,plans examiners, building officials, fire officials, architects,designers and contractors.
For the first time, California has adopted a portion of the International Residential Code. Not only is this an entirely new way for California to organize its residential code material,it also changes numerous rules in both structural and nonstructural areas. California has made significant amendments to the International Residential Code, and this seminar will provide valuable insight into these and other changes.
Certificates are provided to those who stay for entire course,no exceptions. Cancellations made at least one week prior to the seminar will be assessed a 25% processing fee.
No refunds for cancellations will be given after this time, no-shows are still responsible for their registration fees. Registration may be transferred to another individual.

Presented by Douglas Hansen, the principle author of the Code Check series of field guides to building codes, including Code Check for California. He holds numerous ICC certifications and has been actively involved in code development for over 25 years.
