"Jesus Christ Superstar" film with stars Ted Neeley, Barry Dennen, and Bob Bingham in Person!
First a hit record album, then a Broadway show, and then a movie, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR is a rock opera that recounts the Passion of Christ during the last week of his life. On March 30 we will show Norman Jewison's 1973 film version of the musical with three of the film's stars in attendance: Ted Neeley (Jesus), Barry Dennen (Pontius Pilate), and Bob Bingham (Caiaphas). Neeley (who also appears in "Django Unchained"), Dennen (who also played Pilate on the original album and on Broadway, and appears in "The Shining," "Shock Treatment," and many others), and Bingham will answer audience questions before the film, from 7:00 to 7:30 pm. After the screening, they will sign autographs and greet fans.
