Enjoy a-whole-new-level vegan brunch items crafted by Chef Mya Zeronis of Lean Chef en Route/ Zest Wishes, using GMO-free, local, organic ingredients and NO refined sugar, soy, gluten, factory-produced, processed, overly-packaged, textured mock meats or vegetable protein isolates TVPs and packaged vegan cheeses with artificial ingredients.

Chef Mya has a background in globally-inspired contemporary American cuisine and was featured in Wonderaddo blog. She  was also praised by Pittsburgh Magazine and Muddy Melissa blog. Her vegan-friendly Around The World Pop-Up Dinner Series scored a chef profile in Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and write-up by Pop City.

This is a 3-hour-long slow food event that allows guests to eat mindfully, socialize, network, have conversations and enjoy themselves while the food comes out course after course. By eating mindfully and not loading up on empty calories and carbs, guests go home more than full, nourished and satisfied. Table manners expected.  

1. Raw no-egg nog-organic chia seed pudding, young coconut, raw pure vanilla powder, nutritional yeast, cinnamon
2. Organic kelp, scallions, organic pea shoots, Wild Purveyors shitake mushrooms, brown rice vermicelli, grated ginger in soy-free chick pea miso broth
3. Organic baby greens (kale, spinach, chard), raw sunflower seeds, house garlic cashew "ricotta," raw organic apple cider vinaigrette, Grandma Z's grade B dark maple syrup
4. Weatherbury Farms stone-ground certified-organic buckwheat dosas (Indian crepes), curried vegetable-skin-on-whole green lentil, fermented skin-on organic lime chutney
5. Cho-fu (chick pea tofu) ceviche, tamarind, red onion, cilantro, toasted red pepper flakes, olive oil roasted garlic
6. Pan seared coconut crusted Clarion River Organics cornmeal polenta squares, unrefined organic virgin coconut oil
7. Scalloped skin-on organic Yukon gold potatoes, house "cheddar" sauce
8. Raw cauliflower "couscous," unsweetened organic raisins, organic lime juice, zest, pine nuts, organic parsley, garlic, onion, cumin, turmeric, extra virgin olive oil,  Himalayan pink salt
9. Jerked eggplant seasoned with thyme, oregano, scallions, garlic, onion, cayenne  
10. Parfait of raw cacao-avocado-coconut-orange mousse layered with pomegranate, crumbled dehydrated banana chips, raw organic pumpkin seeds and dates

Raw fresh ingredients are washed three times using baking soda-sea salt-filtered water solution.

Up to two children age 7 or younger, accompanied by paying adult, eat free. For each additional child or those 8-14, the cost is $10 and it's donated to No Kid Hungry.
