FESTIVAL PASS ~ LEVEL 2
Pick up a LEVEL 2 FESTIVAL PASS for only $45! Please note the March 26th screening of 'Stories from Home' has sold out but a second screening has been scheduled for March 28th at 5pm. This level 2 pass will guarantee you access to everything BUT the Friday screening of 'Stories from Home' and all our receptions. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the screening or your ticket may be reallocated. Our program runs from March 25th to 28th as follows:
THURSDAY MARCH 25th, 7.30pm @ THE BRATTLE THEATER 'Wide Open Spaces' Directed by Tom Hall, Starring Ardal O'Hanlon, Ewean Bremner and Owen Roe. Reception to follow at the Grafton Street Pub & Grill, Harvard Square, 9.30pm SATURDAY MARCH 27th, SOMERVILLE THEATER 2.00pm: 'New Irish Shorts Program' Running time: 57 mins 2.30pm: 'The Bass Player: A Song For Dad' Feature doc directed by Niall McKay, 62 mins 4.00pm: 'The Race' Director Andre F.Nebe. Inspirational family drama starring Colm Meaney. 4.30pm: 'Irish Short Film Retrospective' Arresting Irish Animation! 7.30pm: 'Divorcing Jack' From the archives, this is the first feature we ever screened. Satirical black comedy directed by David Caffrey, 110 mins Sunday, March 28th, Somerville 12.30 pm: When Irish Shorts are Smiling! Irish Shorts Retrospective (86mins) 2.30 pm: 'The Yellow Bittern: The life and times of Liam Clancy' Director Alan Gilsenan will be in attendance as well as Robbie O'Connell who is Liam Clancy's nephew & a celebrated musician in his own right. Feature doc, 105 mins 5.00 pm: Closing reception and session at the Burren, Davis Square.
