Q: What if a person were to choose a date for a tree house tour and it turns out to be foul weather, & therefore, would translate to an unpleasant touring experience?? Can we reschedule at that time, ... or would we end up having to forfeit our funds?

Thank you for your question, Gail. The TreeHouse Point Tours are rain or shine and tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you are concerned about bad weather having a negative effect on your experience, I would suggest waiting for spring or summer when the weather is more likely to be dry. Thank you. |
