Sesame Street is getting ready to kick-off its 45th season! Fans of all ages will have the chance to ask Cookie Monster, Bert, Grover and Murray Monster and their performers what they've always wanted to know about life on Sesame Street and they will share some of the exciting things happening and the special guests stopping by this season.

PERFORMER BIOS:
Eric Jacobson is an Emmy-nominated performer who began his career as a puppeteer on Sesame Street in 1994. Since then, he has become known as the man who performs Bert and Grover in the absence of legendary puppeteer and acclaimed director Frank Oz. Besides these Sesame Street characters, Jacobson also performs other characters Oz made famous, including The Muppets' Miss Piggy and Fozzie Bear. Jacobson's list of film and television credits includes Bear in the Big Blue House, The Puzzle Place, Once Upon A Tree, Jack's Big Music Show, Bunnytown, The Book of Pooh, The Muppets and Muppets Most Wanted. In addition, Jacobson has also performed live on stages from the Hollywood Bowl to Carnegie Hall, performing with the likes of Basil Twist, The Puppet Company, The Cosmic Bicycle Theater and the Swedish Cottage Marionette Theater of Central Park. Jacobson holds the distinction of being the first puppeteer to work on multiple film and television productions cited for excellence by UNIMA (the international organization dedicated to the art of puppetry) in the same year.
Joseph Mazzarino began working with the Muppets in 1989 and has been performing and writing for Sesame Street since 1990. He performs a number of characters on the show including Murray, Stinky the Stinkweed, the Two-Headed Monster, Papa Bear and Horatio the Elephant. Mazzarino's writing credits also include The Upside Down Show, Sheep in the Big City and Bear in the Big Blue House. He has co-written screenplays including Muppets in Space and The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland. He also wrote and performed the first ever Henson direct-to-video feature Kermit's Swamp Years. In 2010, Mazzarino won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Performer in a Children's Series for his performances of Murray, Stinky and Blogg. Joseph Mazzarino has co-written screenplays including Muppets in Space and The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland, as well as wrote and performed in the first ever Henson direct-to-video feature, Kermit's Swamp Years. Mazzarino has won multiple Emmy Awards for his work on Sesame Street including Outstanding Writing, Directing and Performer in a Children's Series. Mazzarino won the Writer's Guild Award for Children's Episodic & Specials for Elmo's Christmas Countdown in 2009. As Head Writer for Sesame Street, Mazzarino's responsibilities include generating storylines for episodes, revising and editing scripts and developing new formats. Mazzarino's other writing credits include the preschool series Bear in the Big Blue House and the non-Muppet series Sheep in the Big City.
David Rudman has been a Sesame Street puppeteer since 1985 -- currently performing Baby Bear, Cookie Monster and Two-Headed Monster. He has received four Emmy nominations as Outstanding Performer in a Children's Series for his work on Sesame Street. Rudman has also directed several web videos for Sesame Street such as "Cookie Monster Auditions for Saturday Night Live" and "Conversations with Bert." He has performed in numerous television shows and specials including Saturday Night Live, The Colbert Report and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Most recently, Rudman completed filming the first two seasons of the new CBeebies and Sesame Street co-production, The Furchester Hotel, as Cookie Monster. With The Muppets, Rudman has been performing Scooter and Janice since 2007. His film credits include The Muppets Take Manhattan, Labyrinth, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, A Muppet Christmas Carol, Elmo in Grouchland, The Muppets and Muppets Most Wanted. In addition to his work on Sesame Street and The Muppets, Rudman is co-owner of Spiffy Pictures where he co-created, executive produced and directed Jack's Big Music Show and Curious Buddies on Nick Jr., as well as Bunnytown on Disney Junior, Scooby Doo Adventures! The Mystery Map for Warner Bros. and the upcoming animated series Nature Cat on PBS.
