A man was asked his thoughts on being categorized as an African choreographer and he said, "My body is my country," not wanting his works to be restricted by geographic confines.
In this evening of new dance works, budding choreographers explore their bodies/countries, connecting their personal and physical place in the world. Post-show reception Saturday.
