Formerly known as Young Players Theater, Brooklyn Acting Lab is continuing to work, grow and create within our community of artists of all ages.
The mission of Brooklyn Acting Lab is to create innovative theatrical works that reflect our diverse global community, and to nurture new talent by providing a comprehensive arts training for children and adults.
In addition to in-house programs, BAL partners with schools and community based organizations to provide arts-in-education programming, performances, and events, collaborating across the performing arts in order to exchange work and ideas with artists nationally and internationally.
