Ellen Petry Leanse has worked with some of Silicon Valley's biggest technology titans. Throughout her career she's observed the ways that the rise of tech has affected our brains and the happiness we feel in our lives. Leanse is one of Stanford Continuing Studies' most popular instructors and in her new work, The Happiness Hack, she brings the lessons she has learned as an entrepreneur, teacher, coach, and researcher to provide everyone with real strategies they can use to override tech's unending demands and reclaim their happiness.

Learn how to stop living your life on auto-pilot, make time for the ones you love, and create real connections in the world around you. Ticket Information:
