Valentine's Day Dinner at Cuna on Sunday, February 14 - EARLY SEATING (5:30pm-6:30pm)
Celebrate Valentine's Day on Sunday, February 14 with an three course prix fixe dinner and three glasses of wine during the early seating at Cuna with globally-inspired dishes from Chef Kendal Duque. Guests must arrive between 5:30pm and 6:30pm for this dinner. Guests will choose ONE of three appetizers: Sweet Potato Soup with yogurt and herbs, OR Baby Beet Salad with with prosciutto, goat cheese and honey-mustard vinaigrette, OR Saffron Seafood Risotto with mascarpone and tarragon. Guests will choose ONE of three entrees: Cristy Cauliflower CRISPY with lentils and golden raisin-hazelnut vinaigrette, OR Roasted Cobia with with brussels sprouts, wild mushrooms and cashew vinaigrette, OR Braised Beef Shot Ribs with black kale, celery root puree and parsley sauce. Dessert will be chocolate and cookies for two. A glass of wine will come with the appetizer, a glass of wine will come with the main course, and a glass of wine will come with dessert.
