Organs of State presents HAMLET by William Shakespeare directed by John Kurzynowski
A cast of eleven actors explores the corrupt and grief-stricken world of Shakespeare's tragedy through meticulous structure and free experimentation in order to figure out what's really so rotten in the state of Denmark.

John Kurzynowski's directing credits include Doll House at ETW, a workshop of Long Day's Journey Into Night with The Centrifuge, and Thornton Wilder's Pullman Car Hiawatha, which was presented at The Chocolate Factory as part of Target Margin's Theater of Tomorrow Festival. He has worked as the assistant to David Herskovits, artistic director of Target Margin Theater, on projects presented at The OHIO Theatre, The Ontological Theater, The Chocolate Factory, and Westchester's Emelin Theater. Stacy Jordan, a frequent collaborator who most notably appeared as Nora in Doll House, will be tackling the role of Hamlet. OBIE Award winner Tina Shepard, of The Open Theater and The Talking Band fame, will be playing the Ghost of Hamlet. With a cast of amazing actors, we'll be discovering all of the emotional power and life in one of history's greatest plays -- and sharing it with you!
